Rising Ventures Group, established as a family-run business, came to fruition as a result of the family’s shared passion for Entrepreneurship, Value Creation, Leadership, Culture-building, Core Values, and Community.
Both parents have been successful business owners since the mid-80’s and have spent their careers in CPG, Retail, Healthcare, Consulting, Manufacturing and Distribution. With savvy business acumen, multiple start-up companies were created and successfully exited, realizing extensive wealth.
The younger generation of three adult children have experienced professional success and are ready to invest in themselves. They bring a spectrum of competencies within the fields of Technology, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Financial Management, Process Improvement, Logistics and more.
The collaborative teamwork, support, requisite skill sets, and contributing roles between the generations will incorporate best business practices, management and experience that comes from the older generation, along with the changing norms, technology and experience from the younger generation.
