About me: I'm a former Amazon and Microsoft Account Executive and I'm ready to do something different. I want to grow an existing business, work on things I control, and actually deploy capital toward something tangible before retirement.
Specialty distribution & established services — profitable, repeatable, semi-absentee. HVAC, industrial MRO, specialty supply, specialty transportation. etc. Willing to look at B2B services with strong ops talent in place.
Franchise rollups — multi-unit plays that solve operator economics through scale.
Deal structure I prefer: SBA 7(a). Seller financing as kicker. Geographic sweet spot is MA(preferred) /RI/NH
Walk-aways: Customer concentration >40%, churn >3%, all-cash requirement, key-person dependency on the seller, unverified SDE, or anything without genuine at least Semi-absentee runway.
