We are an operating, holding company, looking at construction-based mechanical contractor-based companies. We have a deep history in action, excavation, and mechanical contracting, as well as a C-suite team that has done large re-developments. We are currently raising $10-$20 million in our first fund. Finish the acquisition we have in the pipeline for this year of 2023. Our focus is to provide a large, multi-faceted construction-based firm. It has Cylon divisions in excavation, development, and MEP. We also have a growing arm in the entertainment space as well as pet space that is operated underneath our equity group for supper tomorrow's overall construction
