We acquired our first company, an established, 16-year-old home care agency in Monmouth County, NJ and operate it with a focus on clinical quality and AI driven operations. The agency holds ACHC accreditation and offers a level of RN clinical oversight that most agencies in our market do not.
Our founder spent his career in product and operating roles at companies including Peloton, Evernote, and Verizon before pursuing entrepreneurship through acquisition. That search was deliberate and disciplined, more than 300 businesses underwritten before we closed our first deal and the same rigor and respect for sellers defines how we evaluate every new opportunity.
What we're looking for:
Sector: Healthcare services — home care, home health, hospice, private duty, behavioral health, and adjacent provider businesses. Synergistic add-ons preferred, but we will also seriously consider strong standalone platforms.
Profile: Profitable, owner-operated businesses with established teams, strong local reputations, and recurring revenue. We are comfortable with succession and transition situations.
Geography: NJ preferred; open to compelling opportunities in NY & PA
Hold: Long-term. We are buyers, not flippers, we intend to own, operate, and grow what we acquire.
