Beginning in 2001, I purchased nine small companies in the same day delivery industry and combined them into one. I sold Washington Courier to a private equity firm in 2015. Since 2015, I have started 4 real estate investment companies. We have completed 8 renovations in VA, DC and NC. We have also built 7 new homes in NC and SC. All properties have been sold. We are not in the rental business. I have significant experience purchasing and selling assets and companies. I have significant assets and a an LOC.
