Quadra Global Capital Corp makes private equity investments in established businesses with at least $2,000,000 of EBITDA and enterprise values of up to $100,000,000 which Quadra believes are well-managed and have historically been consistently profitable businesses. Our investment approach is to acquire successful companies and support these investments with a hands-on, value-added strategy in order to generate superior investment returns.
Quadra seeks to invest in a wide range of industries including, but not limited to, the following:
Aerospace & Defense Financial Services Automotive Food & Agriculture Building Products Healthcare Business Services Industrial Products Chemicals Insurance Consumer Products Logistics & Transportation Distribution Manufacturing Education Retail Energy Telecommunications Quadra generally avoids investments in construction, natural resources and highly regulated and/or volatile industries. Financially or otherwise distressed companies are also unsuitable investment candidates for Quadra.
Quadra targets companies with a history of revenue growth, high operating margins and reasonable capital requirements. In addition, Qudara looks for businesses that have management teams with a proven track record of success.
We are convinced that strong management is the key to business success. In our transactions, management typically has a significant equity stake. We not only look for good businesses, but for good operating partners whose knowledge, experience and skill will continue to assure the long-term success of the companies they run.
We believe our investment performance can be attributed, in part, to our hands-on operating support, which focuses on strategies to enhance internal growth and to identify and execute on acquisition opportunities. Where appropriate, we use a hands-on operating strategy to transform small or regional businesses into large, integrated enterprises through a combination of internal growth and strategic acquisitions.
