Our current mandate is focused on essential industrial and B2B services businesses in South Florida and the broader Southeast/Sunbelt. We target businesses with $500K–$1M of EBITDA, 3–5x entry multiples, and moats rooted in physical assets, route density, or deep customer relationships.
