Our platform helps hospitals to better keep their current patients while driving volumes of referrals for their most profitable procedures.
Our solutions help hospitals to better fund and grow their business by dramatically reducing their volumes of profitable network leakage and to laser focus their business development efforts on the right opportunities for them.
We can have a major impact on a customers bottom line. A $2B health system might have upwards of $600M in referral leakage. When we are able to reduce that by even 10% of profitable leakage we can put $60M of profit back on their books.
Our next focus will be on driving volumes of profitable referrals. When we are able to influence even 2% of their specialty referral volume we can put an additional $12M of profit in their hands.
And we don't ask our clients to take our work for it. We will ask for a small setup free up front, and then will look to earn 1 to 2% of yield off the back-end annually. In the example above, by delivering $72M in value to our clients, our annual fee would be $1.44M.
Our platform is currently developed. Our goal over the next 12 months is to complete 4 to 5 hospital pilots to validate both our platform and expected results and then will look to scale sales and marketing from there. We are currently looking for a seed / angel round to support us through this validation phase.
