· suite of commercial business development services targeted at growing revenues in core and adjacent markets, international expansion as well as acquisition,

Our Direct Investments marry opportunity with the correct capital structure - while combining financial expertise with operational and strategy skills - to enable existing, profitable companies to reach their next level of performance. We are not bound by specific investment guidelines and strive to develop creative approaches to deal challenges and/or opportunities. Every investment is evaluated with the primary focus being our level of confidence in our ability to add value – if we cannot add value, we will not participate.
Prisma Group currently has two platforms in the beverage filling equipment and motorized mechanism technology space. Both companies have significant international activities. Prisma’s value add is to bring a distinct commercial growth capability both domestically and internationally to companies.

Market niche leader in sectors such as:
Industrial manufacturing of coatings, adhesives, automotive aftermarket, plastics/chemicas, packaging, capital equipment, construction, environmental, marine products
Consumer products
Advanced technology in artificial intelligence, SaaS and software.
strong interest and experience in international business operations or growth opportunities
While our preference is to rely on existing management to run their business, Prisma is able to augment the team and take on specific interim roles to accelerate a company's development.
Minimum revenue of $5 million and EBITDA of $1 million
Process:
When we identify an opportunity, we will quickly identify capital partner(s) from our network with whom we will partner for that investment. From there, the investment team will work seamlessly throughout the ownership period. We are not bound by specific investment criteria (holding periods, industries, investment sizes, locations, etc.), and will work with Sellers and/or Management to determine the most prudent investment strategy (capital structure, growth strategy, holding period, etc.) for the opportunity. We have a very strong track record of quickly identifying capital and efficiently closing transactions.

Prisma’s Principals possess more than 50 years of combined experience working with privately held businesses in the US and internationally. Prisma’s active advisory practice enables the company to work across numerous industries and to leverage Prisma’s office in China as well as strong local partners in Brazil, Mexico, Europe, Russia, UAE, India, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Korea.
