I have spent the last 18 years at a small business that had <20 employees when I started to over 150 employees now. Over this time I have gained valuable experience in Program Management, New Business/Sales, Operations, and personnel management. This small business is up for sale, and I will be exiting with capital (from stock options), along with an SBA loan, that I will use to purchase my first business.
