I am an individual investor/operator seeking to acquire and operate a high-quality B2B business over the long term. My background combines entrepreneurial experience, startup operating experience, and institutional public equity research. I started my first business at 15, worked at an early-stage startup throughout university, and now work as an equity research analyst at an asset management firm, where I evaluate business quality, competitive positioning, financial statements, margins, returns on capital, and long-term value creation.
I am focused on durable, profitable businesses with repeat customers, strong cash generation, a defensible niche, and opportunities to grow through better systems, sales execution, pricing, and thoughtful capital allocation. Areas of interest include industrial services, testing/inspection, calibration, commercial facility services, HVAC/service, fire & life safety, specialty distribution with a service component, route-based services, and other mission-critical B2B categories.
I am not a broker or short-term buyer. My goal is to be a long-term steward of a business, preserve what the owner has built, support employees and customers through a smooth transition, and help the company continue growing responsibly over time.
