Pierre Kirouac has close to 30 years of experience in the field of taxation, including 15 years in a major international accounting firm. During his career, Pierre has acquired significant expertise in tax and estate planning with a large Canadian financial services company.
Pierre favors in-depth analysis and straightforward recommendations, while offering innovative financial solutions adapted to each situation and the specific needs of the client. His expertise covers both national and international taxation. Specialized in tax, estate and financial planning, Pierre also carries out various mandates relating to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
For eight years, Pierre was a member of the Tax Committee of the Ordre des Comptables Agréés du Québec, including two years as Chairman.
Pierre is the Past Chairman of STEP Montreal. Before the Past Chairman position, he was the Chairman for two years, the Treasurer for three years and the Vice/Deputy Chair for one year. Pierre was also on the Board of Directors of STEP Canada for two years.
