We target established companies with up to $3m in operating profits, aiming to build stronger businesses positioned for long-term success. With permanent capital, we can hold our platform investments for generations, avoiding the short-term horizons typical of most private equity funds.
What We Look For:
Enduringly profitable businesses with a reliable client base, recurring revenue opportunities, and a presence in fragmented industries, with a focus on either local or regional areas and suitability for operational value-add. We are not looking for turnarounds.
Stable or growing cash-flowing businesses with EBITDA up to $3 million are particularly attractive.
Businesses involving owner or founder exits or retirements.
Established management capacity with a potentially expandable team.
Businesses that offer opportunities for growth, primarily through business process improvements by establishing modern, data-driven, efficient, and scalable operations.
While largely industry-agnostic, there is a slight (non-exclusive) preference for businesses located in the Washington DC metro area.
