I work exclusively on the buy-side working with financial buyers (entrepreneurs and corporate executives who are looking to buy a standalone business), family or small Private Equity Groups (for platform and add-on businesses) and companies who want to grow through strategic acquisitions. Some clients are very geographic constrained so location can be an important consideration, will consider any type of business in Indiana and the immediate surrounding states as many of my clients are based in Indianapolis but I do have other clients that are based in other geographies, willing to move or who are wanting geographic expansion. The size of our transactions are typically under $2MM in EBITDA. My clients are very bankable but the deal structure must cash flow the purchase.
