The founding partner of this company is Alexandra MacBain, who with the support of a team of experienced entrepreneurs and investors, will help operate your company for the long-term and / or provide you with a viable succession plan alongside a financial exit.
Pamoja Growth Partners is an affiliate ofPamoja Capital, a Swiss-based family office, founded in 2006 by John McCall MacBain following the sale of Trader Classified Media. We invest out of a committed fund in partnership with Pamoja Capital and a team of experienced investment professionals and entrepreneurs.
After graduating with an MBA from Oxford University, she was the acting CEO of a venture builder’s software business. Alexandra is a trained lawyer and holds a First Class Honours undergraduate degree from the University of St. Andrews, an M.Sc. in International Relations from the London School of Economics and a B.C.L./J.D. from the McGill University Faculty of Law.
Alexandra is currently working as Vice President at Pamoja Capital where she helps oversee over $1B in assets and lead long-term and socially responsible investments in private family businesses and other private companies.
