Founded in 2023 by Cooper Foster, Paige Pond Partners is a search fund with the full backing of a team of successful entrepreneurs, investors, and business executives. Our mission is to acquire an owner-operated B2B software or services business and grow it in the long run. Paige Pond Partners is prepared to commit capital to fund an acquisition between $15-100+ million TEV.

Cooper’s largest and most prolific investors have invested in hundreds of CEOs across a variety of industries, including business services, software, and healthcare. Cooper’s partners now boast a long history of successful outcomes from investing in other search fund entrepreneurs.
Before founding Paige Pond Partners, Cooper worked at HSBC in leveraged and acquisition finance (investment banking). There, he helped advise multinational businesses and collaborated closely with leadership teams to secure financing for growth projects and M&A, often working on multi-billion dollar business acquisitions.
