Oxbow was founded by Steven Nicholson, a seasoned investment professional.
Steven has over a decade of private and public equity investment experience. Prior to founding Oxbow, Steve was a partner and co-founder of Access Holdings - a Baltimore based PE firm with over $800 million of AUM. Steve also previously served as an investment professional at Sterling Partners and NightWatch Capital.
Over the course of his investment career Steve has been involved in over $2.8 billion of transaction volume - including six platform investments and over 50 add-on acquisitons. Steve has served on the boards of RizePoint, Foundation Partners Group, Kuvare Life Re and as a board observer at Livingston International, MOSAID, Remidi Senior Care, Paradigm Outcomes and Pacific Interpreters.
Steve is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
