On the direct investing side, we have started, acquired, built, and exited nearly 10 investments in the healthcare industry generating strong returns for our partners. Over the past 10 years we have developed a strong track record as a limited partner, completing 40+ co-investments across real estate, lower middle market private equity, and special situations. We currently have a dedicated pool of capital to invest in lower middle market businesses as a limited partner and have a broad network of family offices to help raise capital for specific projects that are attractive to us.
