North Edge is seeking to acquire a majority interest in a stable, profitable business in and around Greater Toronto Area with $0.5M–$3.0M in EBITDA. We have a preference for businesses that service commercial properties, but we are open to any business with stable cash flow, 15%+ margins, low operational complexity and limited capex requirements.
I bring significant experience owning and operating SMB's across a number of industries. I am also a CFA charterholder, with a background in capital markets and M&A. This experience laid the foundation for my analytical and investment skill set, which I now apply to private business acquisition and long-term ownership through North Edge Partners.
