In addition to the main principals, we have a team of seasoned operating partners with CEO experience that we utilize to help our companies grow.

We have a current company in our portfolio and extensive experience from prior roles at other firms with a particular emphasis on growth through add-on acquisitions.
Acquisition Strategy / Practices
We have a flexible investment mandate focused on both ‘buy and hold’ and ‘buy and build.’ The former is focused on buying businesses with long-term compounding potential with a hold period of ‘forever.’ We are targeting companies w/ $750k – 2.5m of EBITDA with a long runway of organic growth; does not necessarily need to have an M&A component. NCH will play an active role in value creation and strategy given LT hold period and willingness to buy smaller entities. We are looking to partner with ambitious operators who desire to have a meaningful equity stake that can compound over decades. This will mostly employ our personal capital with a select group of very LT hold oriented investors who are comfortable with long hold periods and illiquidity.
The ‘buy and build’ model is a disciplined strategy in the lower middle market targeting companies with $2-15 million in EBITDA across fragmented industries ripe for consolidation. We aim to acquire well-positioned platform companies with strong management, proven business models, stable cash flows, market leadership in niche sectors, scalable infrastructure, and opportunities for organic and acquisition-based growth. We look for situations where there is value creation via add-on acquisitions as well as the opportunity to drive performance through strategic guidance, leveraging experienced operating partners, implementing best practices, investing in people and systems, and using data-driven decision-making.
Funding Summary
We have strong personal balance sheets which we will invest in these opportunities as well as a network of both HNW individuals and institutional capital providers to round out the capital stack.
