I am a self-funded acquirer and former business owner with 28 years of operating experience, including a prior SBA acquisition and 12 years owning and running a multi-employee service business. I am seeking one platform acquisition in the lower middle market.
Target profile: founder- or partner-led B2B services business with $1–4M EBITDA, recurring or repeating revenue, a capable team in place, and no single point of failure in the owner. Sector-agnostic — healthcare services, regulated business services, compliance, training, tech-enabled services, and other process-driven B2B businesses all fit.
Primary geography is the Southeast US. SBA financing is in place. I move quickly, communicate directly, and prioritize continuity for employees, customers, and the seller.
