Needham Heights Holdings, LLC (“NHH”) is an Independent Sponsor founded by Matthew Hogan. NHH is focused on acquiring lower middle-market companies in New England. NHH's sourcing criteria targets businesses with a stable cultures, defined growth prospects and within industries that Matt has operational expertise. Each opportunity is analyzed separately to determine the optimal sources and uses.
Institutional and accredited funds comprise the firm’s capital base. Matt is a professional investor and has been managing pooled assets and portfolios for over a decade. Prior to forming NHH, Matt oversaw $250 million of pension assets for TIAA-CREF.
NHH benefits from it's Founders technical and operational background across industries. Matt spent five years as a behavioral specialist with Tenet Healthcare. NHH believes they're most effective as part of daily operations, working with management and beyond the Board.
NHH aims to buy business from owners concentrated on creating a succession plan that preserves their legacy and reputation throughout their community and with their employees.
