EBITDA: $3M+ preferred
Revenue: Typically $10M–$150M
Industry: Industry agnostic (manufacturing, distribution, business services, infrastructure, consumer products, and specialty services)
Structure: Majority recapitalizations and platform acquisitions

Cash at close funded through a combination of equity and senior debt
Seller rollover equity strongly preferred
Seller notes or structured consideration when appropriate
Flexible structuring to align interests and support long term growth
