Jim Evans is a former corporate attorney, entrepreneur, and strategic executive who has founded and successfully exited two businesses to Arthur J. Gallagher. Following those acquisitions, he served as Gallagher’s Global Practice Leader for voluntary benefits before retiring in 2025. Jim provides strategic oversight on capital allocation, growth initiatives, and governance.
Tristan Tully is a full-time operator with experience building businesses and scaling B2B revenue organizations. Most recently, he led Vendelux’s enterprise sales motion, helping grow the company from approximately $4M to $16M in ARR. Tristan has also founded and operated multiple small businesses and will relocate to lead acquired companies full-time, focusing on employees, customers, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
