I am an acquisition entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, and construction oversight. Throughout my career, I’ve led teams, managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, and overseen complex construction and renovation projects — consistently driving operational and financial performance.
I’m currently seeking to acquire and operate a service-based business full-time. My target is an established company with $500K to $1M in seller’s discretionary earnings (SDE), recurring revenue, and a strong reputation in its local market — ideally with a retiring owner and experienced team in place.
The acquisition will be funded through SBA financing and personal equity. I bring a hands-on approach and a long-term ownership mindset, with a focus on preserving company culture, supporting employees, and investing in sustainable growth.
I am particularly focused on opportunities in the Pacific Northwest, especially in the greater Seattle area, and I’m committed to ensuring a smooth and respectful transition for all stakeholders.
