Brighton, Michigan–based senior corporate strategy and technical sales leader at TREMEC, a Tier 1 transmission supplier. MBA (High Distinction in Strategy and Finance) from the University of Michigan and BSME from the University of Illinois.
Previously an Engagement Manager at Ricardo Strategic Consulting advising clients and investors on M&A and growth strategy, and led engineering programs at Roush and Cummins, inclusive of electric, high-performance, and heavy-duty powertrain platforms, managing cross-functional teams of up to 15 contributors.
Actively seeking to acquire a manufacturing, technical services, or niche distribution business ($1.5–$3.5 million enterprise value) with moderate-to-high technical complexity and ~10 employees. Ideal targets include heavy-duty vehicle maintenance/upfitting operations or engineered product companies with physical service components. Preference for leased facilities with a long-term purchase option; real estate ownership not required.
Planning a capital structure of 10% buyer equity, 10% seller note (5‑year amortization), and 80% SBA 7(a) financing. ~$300 K liquid capital available, with potential additional funding via a ROBS structure. Currently sourcing opportunities and aiming to close within the next six to twelve months.
