I am a private principal investor and seasoned professional seeking to acquire and personally lead a single, high-quality business in the retail and consumer durables area. With a professional background spanning over 4 years in Consumer and banking industry, I have developed a deep expertise in driving efficiency, building high-performing teams, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Unlike institutional investment firms, I am not looking to "roll up" multiple companies. My goal is to step into the owner-operator role, dedicated to preserving the legacy the founder has built while identifying new opportunities for stable, sustainable growth.
Investment Criteria
I am specifically targeting established businesses with a valuation or purchase price between $600,000 and $1,000,000. I am looking for "Main Street" or Lower Middle Market companies that have been in operation for at least 5 years and show a consistent history of profitability.
Financial Profile: Seeking companies with a minimum SDE (Seller’s Discretionary Earnings) of $200,000+.
Preferred Industries: Health care and fitness, consumer durables, HVAC
Business Characteristics: Low customer concentration, a loyal employee base, and a clear path for a smooth leadership transition
