By way of background: I'm a senior tax attorney with 20+ years of experience, most recently as a Senior Manager in KPMG's NYFS Tax practice including 15 years as Senior Counsel and Tax Governance Director at Metlife. I'm now focused on shifting into direct ownership and operation of a privately held business.
What I'm looking for:
• Price range: $500K–$3M
• Industries: Service-based SMBs and light manufacturing; open to other sectors with strong fundamentals
What I bring as a buyer:
• Legal and financial sophistication to move efficiently through diligence and close
• M&A experience from both the corporate and advisory side
