I am an independent buyer pursuing acquisition through ETA, targeting owner-operated small businesses in Maine and northern New England, with a goal of closing by the end of 2026. I bring 20+ years of enterprise business development and C-suite relationship management experience, including as VP and Head of Strategic Accounts at ExecOnline — where I built and led the strategic accounts function from the ground up — and most recently as a Senior Account Executive at Gartner serving Fortune 500 CHROs and CFOS.
What I'm looking for: Profitable, established businesses with $600K–$1.2M in SDE/owner earnings and a purchase price of $2M–$5M, with strong recurring revenue or loyal customer bases, and a seller who cares about legacy and continuity. I am industry-agnostic but drawn to B2B services, professional services, light industrial, and essential services businesses with durable fundamentals.
Why I'm a strong buyer: I am financing-ready with established SBA 7(a) lender relationships and can move quickly from LOI to close. I have no partners or investment committee — decisions are mine to make. I know how to build and retain customer relationships, manage through transitions, and grow revenue in service businesses. I intend to be a hands-on owner-operator, not an absentee investor. I serve on the Board of Trustees of the Portland Museum of Art and have deep roots in the southern Maine community — I am a committed, long-term steward of whatever business I acquire, not a financial flip.
