I’m not looking to build a portfolio. I’m looking for one great Middle Tennessee business to own, operate, and grow for the long term.
I am a local operating and commercial executive with 18+ years of leadership experience across building products, construction, manufacturing, distribution, and commercial operations. I’ve led businesses and teams with P&L responsibility exceeding $180 million, with experience growing sales, improving profitability, expanding markets, developing teams, integrating acquisitions, and aligning commercial and operational functions.
I’m particularly interested in established B2B services, specialty contractors, building products and distribution, light manufacturing, and businesses where customer relationships, capable employees, and strong execution create lasting value.
This will be a personal acquisition, not a private equity investment. I’m looking for a profitable business with a strong reputation and an owner who cares about who takes it forward. My goal is to preserve what made the company successful while bringing the leadership and commercial experience to help write its next chapter.
Transactions will be supported by personal capital with conventional or SBA financing where appropriate.
