In 2013, Adam founded AGM Benefit Solutions with a vision of building a company centered on exceptional client service, strong leadership, and long-term relationships. Over the next decade, he grew the business into one of the leading employee benefits firms in the region before successfully selling the company to a private equity-backed organization in 2021. Following the acquisition, Adam continued to help lead the company through a period of significant growth and transition.
Having experienced firsthand the challenges of starting, scaling, managing, and ultimately exiting a business, Adam understands the realities that entrepreneurs face every day. His experience spans business development, strategic planning, operations, leadership, mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation, and organizational growth.
Today, Adam focuses on partnering with small business owners by providing growth capital, private credit solutions, strategic guidance, and operational consulting. He believes that capital alone is rarely enough to create lasting success.
