Investment Philosophy & Strategy
Our strategy centers on executing a buy-and-build model. We target an initial platform acquisition generating approximately $250K to $1M in Seller’s Discretionary Earnings (SDE) or EBITDA. Post-acquisition, we intend to scale the platform through targeted, organic growth initiatives and the programmatic acquisition of synergistic add-on businesses that drive operational efficiencies.
