I am seeking to acquire and operate a lower middle-market industrial distribution business in the Midwest. My focus is on durable, relationship-driven companies in segments such as fasteners, MRO, industrial supply, and related consumables, generally with $6–18 million in revenue and $900K–$1.6M in EBITDA. I am particularly interested in founder- or family-owned businesses where succession planning is a consideration and long-term continuity matters.
I have a background in management consulting and corporate development, with experience evaluating acquisitions and leading integrations in sponsor-backed environments. I have committed personal capital and access to additional equity through a small group of investors and am prepared to move efficiently on well-aligned opportunities. My objective is long-term ownership and operational value creation, with a disciplined approach to valuation and execution.
