Partnering with premier pool service companies in the southeast to help them transition into mature businesses that they can be proud of. We make majority investments in pool companies, acting as a family office with backing from very high net worth family and friends of mine (total net worth $100m+). We have three in the portfolio currently, with two more closely behind it. Focused primarily on residential right now, but willing to do commercial as well (really just need to find the right commercial expertise, brand name, and leadership).
