Marlowe plc is a leader in business-critical services and software. Our businesses deliver services and SaaS focused on assuring safety and regulatory compliance, whilst managing risk.
We are an AIM-listed company with access to significant financial resources. Our strategy to create shareholder value is based on organic growth boosted by targeted acquisitions.
Our growth, since our formation in late 2015, has been significantly accelerated by around 65 targeted acquisitions (late 2021). These acquisitions have been of businesses that have had revenues of between £500,000 and £30m and have been for enterprise values of between £200,000 to over £30m. During the period since 2015, our market capitalisation has grown from around £5m to circa £250m. It is our intention to continue this growth both organically and through further acquisitions in the years to come.
Many of the deals that we have completed, have been sourced from entrepreneurs who are seeking a new home for their company. Some look for a clean-break and others want to continue working with the business for a period to ensure its future prospects. We aim to maintain a business’ culture and believe we benefit from a diversity of staff and expertise as a result.
