Overview: Mammoth is a Private Equity firm founded by experienced business owners and successful entrepreneurs. We look for great small and medium sized service businesses to invest in and then manage. Our unique operating perspective differentiates us; we understand the challenges of company transition and the value of partnering with current owners. We will build on their legacy and accelerate company growth. Context: Mammoth seeks situations where a business owner is evaluating the potential to fully retire or scale back their involvement in their business. We expect to achieve a majority ownership position, and we also hope for the current owners to retain a financial interest in the upside of the company. Our goal is to find a company where we can make a difference and where we will enjoy our time helping to manage the company's growth. Focus: Mammoth Equity Partners invests in profitable service businesses. We prefer investments that satisfy many of the criteria below although we will opportunistically explore deals that fall outside of these parameters. In particular we have and will continue to look at larger deals where we see a compelling fit. A service business with recurring revenues with an emphasis on healthcare, finance, information and business sectors.
A company located in the Western United States; Arizona, Calfornia, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregan, Utah and Washington. A company with $2MM to $6MM of EBITDA with a recent track record of solid profitability. An industry or market sector experiencing strong growth. Offers something unique and differentiated. An owner willing to partner with Mammoth and a management team motivated to support the transition and future growth of the company.
