I have spent my career building and leading service-based businesses. Since graduating from college in 2009, I've worked in the appliance service industry, and for the past 10 years I've served as General Manager of a multi-location appliance repair company. During that time, I've led operational growth, expanded into new markets, developed high-performing teams, and focused on building scalable systems that deliver exceptional customer service and strong financial performance. I also earned an MBA with a concentration in Business Management, which has complemented my hands-on operating experience.
I grew up on a farm, where I learned the value of hard work, accountability, and seeing a job through to completion. Those lessons continue to shape my leadership style and work ethic today.
Over the past several years, my wife and I have built the financial resources necessary to pursue the acquisition of a business. Business ownership has always been a long-term goal of mine, and I believe my combination of operational leadership, financial discipline, and hands-on management experience has prepared me to successfully own and grow a company for the long term.
