Lochton Capital LLC was created in 2017 with the intention of being a vehicle to purchase a retiring owner's business. While I have not yet found the ideal vehicle, I have started an entity that I retain an investment in, and now primarily serve as a CFO/Controller to a couple of small, private businesses on a consulting basis. I continue to look for a business acquisition opportunities, focused on retirement exits, as well as income producing real estate. My experience includes banking commercial credit analysis, management consulting, energy project and corporate finance, and I hold an MBA from Rice University.
