I’m Noah Stern, founder and managing partner of Lincoln Mountain Capital, and my goal is simple: buy one great company and lead it for the long haul, preserving the culture and reputation you’ve built.
I’m focusing my search on Southern California and truly remote- businesses. I’m looking for a business with roughly $1–4 million in annual SDE (about $5–25 million in revenue), stable cash flow, and a loyal customer base. My investors share my patient, owner-operator mindset, and are ready to close quickly and confidentially whenever you’re ready.
Why I’m the Right Successor
Hands-on operating experience. I was Chief Operating Officer of ProducePay, a multi-national fintech company focused on the agriculture sector, and later launched an advisory firm that provided fractional-COO support to venture-backed startups.
Strategic foundation. I was a consultant at Bain & Company serving tech, private-equity, and electric utility clients.
Deep roots in California. I was raised in Los Angeles, graduated from UC Berkeley and I lived in San Francisco. I'm now raising my family in L.A. and I’m committed to keeping the business and jobs local whenever practical.
Education. M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, M.P.P. from Harvard Kennedy School, and a B.A. from UC Berkeley.
