My name is Jordan Frank. I am an entrepreneur looking to acquire a small to medium-sized business on the West Coast. With almost 20 years of experience in manufacturing and a passion for leading teams, I have been searching for the right opportunity to own my own company.
As the previous Head of Innovation at King’s Hawaiian in Torrance, I have gained valuable experience in this industry. I have also worked extensively in process engineering and have gained experience in operations, product development, and engineering. In 2020, I led the acquisition of Bakery Express of Southern California for King’s Hawaiian. I then ran the new company, Innovation Bakers, for two years.
