Latigo was founded by Drew Nicholas—a seasoned investor and operator with over a decade of experience across private equity, investment banking, and corporate development—who has completed more than 20+ transactions as a principal investor, totaling ~$4.7bn TEV.
Most recently Drew led corporate development at Arcosa, Inc. (NYSE: ACA), a publicly traded diversified industrials company, where he led 12 acquisitions and divestitures totaling over $1.8 billion and drove 43% inorganic EBITDA growth. Prior to Arcosa, Drew was an executive team member of a PE-backed company that raised and deployed $539 million of equity, and generated a 3.6x return. Earlier in his career, he was a private equity investor at Riverstone Holdings (~$42bn AUM) and began as an investment banker at Citigroup. He holds an MBA, with Honors, from The Wharton School and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
