Thomas Connelly is the Founder and Managing Principal of Läka Capital. Prior to founding Läka Capital, Mr. Connelly was a Managing Director at Värde Partners, a global alternative investment fund. During his tenure at Värde, he was a senior member of the financial services private equity team. Mr. Connelly was responsible for sourcing, executing, overseeing and exiting investments and serving on the boards of portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Värde, Mr. Connelly was an investment banker for Goldman Sachs in New York and Chicago. During his time at Goldman Sachs, he principally focused on M&A and capital raising transactions.
Mr. Connelly received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and graduated from Bowdoin College.
