We have committed capital and focused on the long-term growth of the business. We are looking to operate a single business allowing for a successful exit and stable succession for business owners. Our team of operators and investors have experience in healthcare services, B2B SaaS, and a wide range of B2B services (i.e., cyber security, testing, inspection, compliance, training, logistics etc.)
A Philadelphia native, Steve comes from a family of entrepreneurs and understands the importance, commitment and accountability in being an owner. Steve brings thirteen years of professional work experience, and his background in investment banking and consulting combined with his demonstrated leadership ability, positions him well to successfully lead and run a company.
Steve most recently served as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley with a focus in Industrial Technology and Financial Sponsors. Steve also has 7+ years as a management consultant advising clients in M&A, growth strategies, and organizational transformations across Tech, Healthcare, Consumers, and Industrial sectors.
Steve earned a BS with honors from Pennsylvania State University and his MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. Steve currently lives in San Francisco with his wife Connie (Steve's better half), who spends her working hours as an ICU nurse at SF General. Outside of work, Steve enjoys the outdoors and is an avid hiker and skier. Steve also enjoys golfing, biking, diving, rooting for Philadelphia sports teams, traveling and playing the saxophone.
