Keeler Lane takes a hands-on approach to drive growth and value creation through the institutionalization of operational processes, strategic planning, and financial management. We also seek to drive growth and scale efficiencies through add-on acquisitions where appropriate.
We target established businesses with a history of strong cash flow generation preferably operating in niche-markets. Our ideal businesses are typically overlooked by traditional private equity firms due to their size. We will invest in businesses across a range of industries that are located primarily in the Midwest.
