Financial Benchmarks: Stable, historical cash flows with $300k to $1.5M in SDE / EBITDA and consistent gross margins.
Geographic Focus: Strongly prioritizing opportunities in the Midwest / Chicagoland area, but open to strong asset-heavy businesses nationwide.
