Our principal brings over 13 years of pharmaceutical commercial operations leadership, including marketing, commercial strategy, and operational execution within ophthalmology and specialty therapeutics.
What We're Looking For:
We target established, cash-flowing businesses in the $1M–$3.5M enterprise value range with strong recurring or contract-based revenue. Preferred sectors include healthcare services, medical education, HCM and healthcare consulting, patient support services, and other B2B services where our domain expertise adds immediate operational value. We are SBA pre-qualified and prepared to move efficiently from LOI through close.
Ideal Business Profile:
SDE/EBITDA of $300K–$800K
Recurring or contract-based revenue model
Established client relationships and diversified revenue base
Owner willing to support a structured transition period
Semi-absentee capable or with existing management in place
Geographic flexibility, with Northeast U.S. preferred
