Seeking targets in the $10 MM - $20 MM enterprise value range. A bias towards southeast domiciled companies; however, largely agnostic regarding business type. Exploring platform, entry-vehicle targets into manufacturing (medical device, aerospace, defense), electrical contracting, residential and commercial services (HVAC, plumbing), and data center, digital infrastructure opportunities.
