I am an experienced tax professional with a background in public accounting, including work with partnerships, corporations, and complex tax matters. I am currently seeking to acquire an established business with a strong foundation, loyal customers, and opportunities for continued growth.
I am interested in becoming an owner-operator and taking an active role in the business. My accounting and tax background gives me a strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, profitability, and business operations, while my goal is to build upon the existing strengths of a company.
I am open to a variety of industries and business models and am primarily interested in companies with a proven history of profitability, strong reputations, and opportunities for long term growth. I am looking for the right business and the right seller who I can build a successful transition and carry to the company forward for years to come. Ideally the company would be based in either Memphis or the west Tennessee region.
