Jason Grant is the Managing Director of J.C. Grant and Associates, Inc. and is an accomplished business and financial executive with nearly 25 years of diverse experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic finance, and operational leadership. His clients have included publicly-traded and private enterprises ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 100. Jason has advised corporations, private equity firms, and boards on high-impact deals—ranging from $4M platform acquisitions to $80M strategic transactions—while implementing systems and processes that drive value creation and mitigate risk. His industry experience includes Construction, Defense Contracting, Distribution, Food Service, Healthcare, IT Managed Services, Manufacturing, Public Accounting, Real Estate, Staffing, and Telecommunications. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset, analytical rigor, and ability to navigate complexity, Jason brings strategic insight and hands-on execution to organizations seeking organic and inorganic growth, operational improvement, and financial transformation. Jason is an actively-licensed CPA and holds two Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degrees, Accounting and Finance, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Caroline Grant is a Director of J.C. Grant and Associates, Inc. and is a dynamic and results-driven global technology executive with over two decades of leadership experience spanning software development, data management, cloud transformation, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategy at Concentrix, she leads a high-performing API Strategy Practice, partnering with Fortune 50 clients and mid-sized enterprises to modernize their digital ecosystems through enterprise-grade AI introduction, API programs, cloud migrations, and governance frameworks. Her ability to align technical strategy with business goals has positioned her as a trusted advisor and a catalyst for long-tail value creation across multiple industries. Previously, Caroline served as Director of Enterprise Data Services at Asurion, where she spearheaded the transformation of global data platforms, achieving significant cost savings and operational efficiencies through cloud-based architectures. Her leadership extended to managing large, cross-functional teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia Pacific, while advancing data governance, security, and analytics enablement. With a foundation in software delivery, product management, and enterprise-scale transformations, Caroline is known for her strategic vision, technical fluency, and talent for building high-impact teams that deliver measurable business outcomes.
