Will was trained in investment banking but discovered he loves people and hands-on growth more than financial models. His experience has been in leading cross-functional teams with a focus on day-to-day execution, while adding a level of strategic thinking and planning to help guide long-term decision making.
He has experience in leading teams of various sizes across professional services and operations. Additional leadership positions include partnerships, special projects and M&A diligence and integration.
Will graduated from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business, majoring in finance, with a specialization in Alternative Asset Management, and a concentration in real estate. Prior to SMU, he attended Cornell University summer college.
In his free time, he plays pickleball, tennis, and enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants.
